Aman Fellowship
Building Grassroots Leaders. Strengthening Communities. Shaping the Future.
The Aman Fellowship is a flagship initiative of Aman Foundation that nurtures local youth as changemakers in rural and flood-prone communities of Assam.
Built on the belief that sustainable change must come from within communities, the Fellowship empowers young leaders to strengthen education, inspire children, and build long-term community resilience.

Why Aman Fellowship?
Every year, floods in Assam disrupt schooling, livelihoods, and childhoods. Children face learning loss, dropouts, and serious protection risks, while educated youth lack meaningful leadership pathways. A key root cause is the absence of motivated, community-rooted teacher-leaders.
The Aman Fellowship addresses this gap by:
- Building a pipeline of local teacher-leaders
- Strengthening foundational learning (FLN) and SEL
- Restoring trust between schools and communities
- Creating impact that lasts beyond project cycles
